The location was excellent, a short walk from penn station. the rooftop bar, magic hour, had amazing food and a festive vibe. the stash closets offered almost everything i needed (i really liked the convenience). the staff were amazing. Their customer service was the best i've experienced in a long time.
the room was small, and the window overlooked a wall (a minor issue).

the room was quite small, and i'm no giant. i found the noise levels disappointing, with sounds from both the hallway and neighboring rooms penetrating the walls. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax. the breakfast setup was underwhelming.. a prepackaged muffin hardly cuts it as a proper meal.

The hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room included everything I needed with a good layout. I found the large café/bar and work space on the first floor great. It allowed me to work outside my room during my business trip.
I found the price of food a downfall. Nearly sixteen dollars for a small portion of chips was like a huge markup. There was not much in the very near vicinity. I had to walk a bit to grab necessities.

This was my first visit. The gym included sufficient equipment. I found a designated area for luggage storage. Check-in was efficient, and cold water was provided. The rooftop club looked interesting. I just took a quick peek. I appreciated the kind and helpful staff.
